Ovada Roddam

Lucille "Granny Cil" Roddam, age 95, of Pinson, passed away October 28, 2015, at a local hospital, surrounded by her family. She was a member of Remlap Methodist Church, an avid quilter with Blount County Quilters Guild, and a member of Sadie Deere Eastern Star Chapter. She was preceded in death by her parents J.B. and Bell Horsley, husband Melvin C. Roddam, 3 sisters and 3 brothers. She is survived by her children Harold Roddam of Pinson, Larry Roddam of Delaware, Fred Roddam of Trussville, Jean Lesley of Remlap, Anita Brooks of Trussville, sister Estelle Burnum of Arizona, 10 grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Chapel services will be Sunday, Nov 1, at 2pm with visitation from 1pm until 2pm. Burial will be at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
