Olene Cork

Olene Kelly Cork, 94, of Birmingham, Alabama, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2016. Olene is preceded in death by her parents Byron Kelly and Audie Lindsey Kelly, her husband Robert F. Cork and her brothers Lamar Kelly and Bobby Kelly. She is survived by her daughter Anne (Danny Bonner) and her brother Rev. Willis Kelly (Mary Lois). Olene was a devoted member of 85th Street Baptist Church/Deerfoot Baptist Church for over 60 years. Olene was an active volunteer with Meals on Wheels for over 40 years. It is an organization that was close to her heart. She reluctantly retired from delivering meals at age 93.
