Nellie Browning

Nellie B. Browning, age 94, of Mt. Olive, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 4, 2010. Mother loved her family and devoted her life to providing a loving, caring home for us in all ways. Our mother was loved by all who knew her and was adored by her family and she will be greatly missed. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and was preceded in death by her son Walter Browning and grandsons James Ray Browning, Earl Collins and Randy Collins. Left to cherish her memories are daughter Myra Joy Collins, sons Jim (Sue) Browning, Don (Jolie) Browning, and Richard (Bonnie) Browning, sister Linda Tanner, grandchildren Timmy Browning, Sherry (Greg) Smith, Charlie Collins, Lynette (Bill) Brock, Jacquin Browning, Lance Browning and numerous great grandchildren. Services will be Friday, January 8 at 12:00 noon in the Chapel at Jefferson Memorial in Trussville, AL. with visitation one hour prior to service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any memorials may be made to the Salvation Army or your favorite charity. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
