Myrtle Martin

Myrtle Lee Thornton Martin, age 88 of Booneville MS (originally of Birmingham) passed away September 10, 2011. She was preceded in death by her two husbands, Jesse Lee Thornton and W. D. (Ted) Martin. She was a member of 1st Baptist Trussville. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Evelyn Wright; her son, James Thomas Thornton (Terri); grandchildren, Dwight Wright, Dennis Wright, Cindy Taylor, Kirk Thornton, Kimberly Thornton, Kelly Schiller; eight great grandchildren and one great great grandson. Services will be at 2:00 PM September 13, 2011 at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, Trussville AL. Visitation one hour prior to service with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.
