Murlean Glass

Murlean Mildred Glass, age 87 of Moody, passed away July 27, 2012 at her residence. A devoted homemaker, beloved mother, sister, and grandmother, Mrs. Glass was a member of Cedar Springs Church in Leeds. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dolphus S. Mason; son, Jimmie Glass; and brothers Thurman and David Mason. Remaining to cherish her memory is her daughter Linda Adkins (and husband Lewis) as well as her grandchildren, Timothy(Stacy) Adkins, Brent (Ernestine) Adkins, Adrian Glass, and 5 great grandchildren in addition to a sister, Marion (Earl) Pickle; and a brother, Alben (Carolyn) Mason. Visitation will be held at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in Trussville on Monday, July 30, 2012 from 1-2 pm with funeral service following in the chapel at 2:00 pm with Brother Mike O'Brian officiating. Burial will follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
