Mildred Glenn-Brown

Mildred Bryant Glenn-Brown, of Trussville, born September 22, 1923, passed away Friday, October 4, 2013. She was the daughter of the late William Hosma and Edna Mae Story Bryant of Birmingham, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her first husband Raymond D. Glenn and son, Joseph D. Glenn. She was also preceded in death by her second husband Charles E. Brown and her sister Margaret "Peggy" Bryant Keith Roy of Mossy Head, Florida. She is survived by three daughters, Phyllis Kay Anderson (Jim) of Medford, New Jersey, Linda Fay Rutherford (Kellie) of Pinson, Alabama, Gloria Glenn Dorman (Bill) of Helena, Alabama, her grandchildren, Ray Carver, Samantha Trainor (Brian), Denise Murphy (Link), Arthur Rutherford (Jennifer), James Rutherford, John Rutherford, John Rutherford (Amanda), Robert Wallace, Mary Beth Meeks (Don), Jeff Funderburg, Misty Trudell (Keith), Ashley Glenn and many great and great-great grandchildren, and a large extended family. We would like to thank Hospice for the loving care shown to our mother. She was a member of Deerfoot Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, at 2pm with entombment in the mausoleum at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
