Michael Kerins

Michael Kerins, age 50 of Birmingham, AL passed away on April 15, 2014. He was a member of Holy Infant of Prague Catholic Church. He was a CPA, working with Dunn Investments. He graduated Cum Laude from UAB with a bachelors degree in accounting. He was very supportive with his kid's sports such as soccer, basketball, and football. He is preceded in death by his parents, Doris Lucille Meuwissen Kerins and William Kerins, sister, Leslie Ann Cox and sister-in-law, Susan Kerins. He is survived by his wife, Wendy Whatley Kerins; children, Jacob Michael Kerins and Allison Catherine Kerins; God daughter, Anna Grace Savage; brothers, Daniel Martin Kerins (Cheryle), Patrick Michael Kerins, and Timothy Kerins; father and mother-in-law, Richard Edward and Gloria Cason Whatley; many nieces and nephews. Services will be on Monday, April 21, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Holy Infant of Prague Catholic Church. Visitation will be an hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Father Bill Lucas will be officiating over the services. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
