Mary Sykes

Mary Frances Sykes, 94, of Trussville went to be with the Lord on Mother's Day, Sunday, May 10, 2015. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 63 years, Robert; 2 brothers; and 1 sister. She is survived by her son, Bobby Sykes (Joyce); her daughter, Barbara Colby (Richard); 2 grandsons, Greg (Gina), Michael (Erica); 4 great granddaughters, Madison, Haley, Sarah and Ella; 1 great grandson, Hudson; and many loving nieces and nephews. Mrs. Sykes had been a member of Trussville First United Methodist Church for over 50 years. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at Trussville UMC at 10:00 AM with funeral service at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Trussville UMC choir fund. Jefferson Memorial Trussville is directing.
