Mary Penuel

Mary Alice Gambrell Penuel, age 94, of Birmingham passed away on March 27, 2015. She was a member of Huffman Baptist Church for 35 years and Lake Highlands Baptist Church for over 55 years. She was preceded in death by her husband W.J. Penuel, Jr. and her brother Holcomb Gambrell. She was retired from Opus II Music and worked for Bell South. She is remembered by a son David (Betty) Penuel and her daughters Lynn (Jack) Kinnison and Suzanne (Wally) Frew and; 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister Ruth Tribble. The family will receive guests on Tuesday, March 31 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 am officiated by Pastor Larry Smith at Jefferson Memorial in Trussville
