Mary Massey

Mary Lavon Massey, age 79 of Odenville, AL passed away on May 28, 2014 at the Village at Cook Springs. She was a graduate of Hewitt Trussville High School. She retired from the Trust Department of Regions Bank after 36 years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Ed Massey, parents, Samuel J.T. Jackson and Barbara Senn Jackson, and brothers, Ford and Jim Jackson. She was a member of Brewster Road Alliance Church. She loved her church and devoted many hours in service there. She is survived by her step-son, Don Massey (Connie); step-daughter, Jan Deason (Ken); four step-grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Barbara Jackson of Oneonta; niece, Melanie Jackson of Odenville; nephew, Brain Jackson. Visitation will be on Saturday, May 31, 2014 from 2 to 3 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Graveside services at 3 PM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
