Mary Gray

Mary Merrell Gray, age 89, of Birmingham, AL passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2010. She retired from National Can. She was a member of Cathedral of The Cross. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Marjorie G. Buchanan; brothers, Herbert, Joe, Edward, Lamar, and Cliff Dennis. She is survived by her daughter, Shirley Mitchell (James); sister, Jettie Diffley; sister-in-law, Adie Dennis; brothers, Malcolm, Fred Jr., and Rudolph Dennis; grandchildren, Kim Dismukes(Jimmy), Pam Spooner(Wayne), Lisa Mitchell, Tara Smithson (Joe); great grandchildren, Ryan and Ashley Dismukes, Matson and Kyndall Spooner, James and Steven Simmons. A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 10, 2010 at 2:00pm at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time. Rev. Bob Murray officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Pinson United Methodist Church. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
