Mary Davis

Elizabeth M. Davis, born January 29, 1914 in Birmingham died on May 10, 2009. Elizabeth spent most of her life in Birmingham raising her children. She was a long time active member of Norwood Methodist Church where she worked with the youth and Children's Department. She was also a member of St. Paul United Methodist church in her later years and was in the Sunshine Circle. Elizabeth was a working member of Norwood Schools where she served as President of the P.T.A. She graduated from Phillips High School where all four of her children attended. She is survived by 4 beloved children, Roger S. Boone of Charlotte NC; Pat Pugh of Hanceville AL; Richard Boone of Hanceville AL and Lenora Stone of Birmingham; Nine cherished grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 14 from 1:30 i�½i�½" 3:00PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home with Graveside services at 3:00 PM in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.
