Mary Carter

Ruth G. Carter, 90, of Pinson, Alabama joined the Lord on May 14, 2015. Mrs. Carter is preceded in passing by her beloved husband, Jack Carter, Jr.; daughter, Gloria Jean Carter Millwee; sister, Jeanette G. Hand. She is survived by her loving son, Jack R. Carter; grandson John R. Millwee; great granddaughter, Elizabeth A. Millwee; sisters, Betty G. Wilson and Jane G. Bailey. Mrs. Carter was a lifelong, devoted member of First Baptist Church of Pinson, a retired beautician of over 50 years and loving friend to all that knew and adored her. Funeral arrangements are set for Monday, May 18, 2015, at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home and Gardens, Trussville, Alabama. Graveside services will be preceded by a viewing between 10am-11am at the funeral home; graveside will follow in the adjoining cemetery. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
