Marjorie Price

Marjorie Price, age 87, of Remlap, AL went home to be with the Lord on January 23, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 19, 1934 to Wilburn “Jabo” and Olene McDuffie in Birmingham, AL where she grew up. She graduated from Hewitt Trussville High School in 1952.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilburn “Jabo” and Olene McDuffie and her brother, Wilburn McDuffie.

Marjorie is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, John C. Price; her two sons, Bill Price (Cam) and Jeff Price (Sabrina); her daughter, Patricia Lovell (Dan); grandson, J.R. Ledbetter (Jordan); four granddaughters, Meredith Brasfield (Charles), Kristin McPherson (Anthony), Maggie Burns (Jeff) and Melissa Hubauer (C.J.); ten great grandchildren.

The funeral for Marjorie will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, January 31st at Palmerdale UMC 7776 Hwy 75, Pinson, AL 35126 with visitation for friends and family from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

Burial will immediately follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens in Trussville. Pastor Cam Price and Pastor Tyler Cantrell will both be presiding over the service. The family asks that in lieu of flowers please send donations to Palmerdale UMC in Marjorie’s name.
