Margaret Atchison

Margaret Kite Atchison, age 93, went to be with Jesus on July 17, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph H. Atchison; her parents, Auburn and Susie Kite; two sisters, Rena Kent and Ruth Glass; and one brother, Law Kite. She is survived by her daughters, Susan A. Stephens (Eddie) and Melanie A. Cooper (Thomas); her grandchildren, Kala C. Petric (Steven) and Emily Cooper; her great-granddaughter, Riley Petric. Margaret was loving and supportive to everyone. She loved her family, her Church and everyone with whom she came in contact. She played the harmonica, along with her husband, in the group “Granny and the Harmonicats”. She loved to square dance and she simply enjoyed life and having fun. She was a devout Christian and will be missed by all.
