Mamie Mccombs

Mamie Ruth McCombs, age 94 of Birmingham passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2016. She was born in Birmingham on June 23, 1921. She was a member of East Lake Church of God of Prophecy. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl McCombs, her parents, Nolan and Margaret Holley, brothers, Lewis and William Holley and sister, Esther Armstrong. She is survived by her children, Earl (Theresa), Martha, Joe (Mickie) and Don McCombs; grandchildren, Ricky McCombs, Vickie Olson (Mike), Jackie (Olivia), Dena McCombs, Preston McCombs; great grandchildren, Gina and Garrett Olson; sisters, Margaret Morrison and Hazel Kyzer. Services will be on Monday, February 8, 2016 at 12 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior to services. Burial will follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Rev. Gary Archie will be officiating over the services. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
