Lola Meacham

Lola Mae Meacham, a native of Phil Campbell, Alabama, peacefully departed this life on June 10, 2012 and entered into eternal life in Heaven with her Lord Jesus Christ. She is the daughter of the late Carl Thomas Preston and Belle Preston. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie F. Meacham, her daughter, Norma Sue Ireland, and her brothers, Auburn Preston, and Sherman Preston. She is survived by her loving sons, Thomas E. Meacham (Bobbie), and Butch Meacham (Janice), one sister, Flonnie Jacks, and one brother, Delores Preston, four grandsons, Shawn Meacham (Wendy), Jeremiah Jimmie Meacham, Norvelle Alex Meacham (Kaysie), and Brian Meacham, two granddaughters, Mary Maud Meacham, and Wendy Meacham, two great-grandsons, Matthew Tyler Ireland, and Dylan Thomas Meacham, and cousins Bea Sample, Helen Hines, and Marlene Franklin. She was a long time resident of Trussville, Alabama and organist at Midway Baptist Church, Trussville, Alabama for many years. A visitation will be held from 1pm until 2pm followed by funeral service at 2:00pm, at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in Trussville, Alabama. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
