Lois Lovell

Lois Dollar Lovell, born Aug 12, 1927 passed away Oct 31, 2011. She was a member of First Baptist Church Leeds where she enjoyed fellowship with her many friends. She was admired and loved dearly by her children and daughter in laws. Lois enjoyed knitting, crocheting, quilting, and was a great dressmaker. Lois was preceded in death by Dewey Lovell her loving husband of 67 years. She is survived by her daughter Nelda Barnes, her two sons Don (Nancy) and Mike (Pat). Lois is also survived by five grandchildren whom she loved dearly, Steve Barnes, Kathy Bolinger, John Lovell, Holly McCauley, Kevin Lovell, also her six great grandchildren made her beautiful blue eyes light up Luke Lovell, Bryce McCauley, Eric and Adam Bolinger, Caroline and Clay Barnes. Lois has many nieces and nephews that she had great fun with. Lois enjoyed many happy days due to her loving caregivers, Mary Payton, Martha Gonzales, Janie Turner, Tammy Overton, and Frances Warren, after being bedridden. Services will be on Thursday November 3 at 12pm in the Chapel with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 11am until service time Thursday.
