Leslie Harris

Leslie Tate Harris of Odenville, Alabama born March 10, 1957 departed this earth on June 27, 2014. Mrs. Harris is preceded in death by her father Val Freeman, Sr. and brother Val Freeman, Jr. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Moody. Leslie was a master of all trades and loved tractors, farming, gardening, burning up the roads with her husband, spending time with her family and her many cats and dogs. She loved Christmas and had many decorations she displayed throughout her home. She accomplished everything she ever wanted to. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, wife and sister/daughter. She is leaving behind to cherish her memory her husband Cecil Harris, Mother Linda Freeman, Sister Becky Allcorn, Children Jimmy Harris, Mike Harris, Christie Gillilan, Jennifer Harvell and Melissa Evans. Grandchildren Brittany Calzone, Cody Findley, Magan Harvell, Hayley Gillilan, Christine Harvell, Autumn Burleson, Tyler Easter, Lauran Harris, Bethany Evans, Peyton Harris, Toni Lynne Harvell; two Great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews and extended family. Pallbearer: Curtis Freeman, Mike Harris, Jimmy Harris, Derritt Williams, Howard Rowland and Ricky Parker. Brother Mike Pepple will be officiating. Visitation will be Monday, June 30, 2014 9:45-10:45 with a graveside service at 11:00am in Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Jefferson Memorial East of Trussville directing the services.
