Lelia Stone

Leila Marie Roper Stone, age 93, passed away on October 16, 2019. She is preceded in death by her husband, John Winston Stone Jr. She is survived by her two daughters, Linda Smith and Lisa Abney; grandchildren, Tara Hughes, Tommy Coshatt, and Samantha Abney; great-grandchildren, Emily Coshatt, Lindsey Coshatt, and Andrew Hughes. She was a member of Palmerdale United Methodist Church. She was a much loved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. A visitation will be held at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home on Friday October 18, 2019 from 1pm-2pm. A graveside service will be held at Marvins Chapel Cemetery in Pinson, Al after visitation.
