Kenneth Robertson

Kenneth Wayne Robertson 50 of Springville born December 21, 1959 passed away October 27, 2010 of complication from his battle with stomach cancer. He is survived by his wife of 31 years Vicky Franklin Robertson, Daughter Christy Lynn, Parents J.W. and Kathleen Robertson, and Mother in Law Bernice Franklin. He attended Alton Church of God of Prophecy. Kenneth was conducted into the Alabama Open Horseman Association in September 2010. He was also a member of Blount County Saddle Club, and North Alabama Saddle Club Association (NASCA). He also enjoyed watching his daughter riding her horse around those barrels (Barrel Racing). He worked at Rust Engineering Raytheon, and formerly Alabama Press. Visitation will be on Thursday, October 28, 2010 from 5 to 7PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Services will be on Friday at 10:00 AM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. The family would like to thank everyone of his friends for the support and prayers during this time. Also Dr. Stephen Beck and Staff at the Bruno's Cancer Center and Hope Hospice for the wonderful care and support during this time of lost.
