Kenneth Bradshaw

Jack Bradshaw, 85, of Birmingham, AL passed from this life to his eternal life on January 20, 2022. He was born in November 1936, the youngest of nine children, to Clarence B. Bradshaw and Rose Jones Bradshaw. Jack was married to “his girl” Betty until her death in November 2020. He was “Dad” to his daughter, Beverly and son, Scott. He was “Papa” to his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He worked for Southern Natural Gas (SONAT) in Ketona for almost 40 years until his retirement in 1993. Jack became a devoted Christian who lived out his faith and trust in the Lord, Jesus Christ. He fought the good fight, he kept the Faith. He is now sheltered in the arms of the Good Shepherd.

Jack was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jo; grandson, John Barr; sisters, Thelma Tawbush, Ruth Love, Reba Heaton, Ida Hardin, Emma Rhinehuls, Bobbie Knepper and brother, James Bradshaw. He is survived by his sister, Clara Casey; children, Scott Bradshaw (Juli) and Beverly Barr (Charles); grandchildren, Jennifer Richards (Thomas), Matthew Bradshaw, (Samantha), Lauren Vickers (Jason), Jackson Barr (Lori) and Jordan Bridges (Wesley); great grandchildren, John Thomas Richards, Evie Barr, Luke Bradshaw, Andrew Bradshaw, Charlee Vickers, Everette Vance and Hudson Vance. He is survived by a host of nephews and nieces along with their children.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 25, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 1591 Gadsden Hwy. Birmingham, AL 35235. Funeral service on Wednesday January 26, at 2:00 PM. Services will be preceded by an additional visitation period from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
