June Headley

June C. Headley entered into her Savior's arms on Sunday, March 17, 2013. She was born August 8, 1928 to the late Eugene and Beulah Clutts. She was predeceased by her six siblings. She was married 52 years to the love of her life, Rev. Archie P. Headley, Jr., who predeceased her in 1999. She is survived by her children: Becky (Les) Meeks, Pat (Charlie) Quinn, and Tim (Nila) Headley; grandchildren, Jimmy Quinn, Jason (Susan) Quinn, Michael (Katie) Meeks, Jonathan Quinn, Meredith (Brian) Urquhart, and Paul Headley and four great-grandchildren.

She retired from New Beacon Hospice after 28 years of service. She was a loving wife, mother, granny, gigi, sister, aunt and friend and will be missed by all. She loved her Lord and has now heard him say, "Well done thy good and faithful servant."

Services will be held at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home (Trussville) on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 12:00 noon. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service with burial at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. The family would like to express their thanks and gratitude to the staff at Shelby Ridge Nursing Home, New Beacon Hospice, Alabaster and Leonia Stevenson, mother's sitter, for their love and care of our mother.
