Joyce Walsh

Joyce “Memaw” Dismukes Walsh born August 13, 1942 went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, May 6, 2018. She is preceded in death by her mother, Mildred Brown Dismukes and her father, Joyce T. Dismukes. As well as a special cousin, Barbara Braden Puckett. She is survived by her awesome, loving husband of fifty years, David T. Walsh Jr. Her children: Steve M. Walsh (Rhonda), Christy Britnell (Craig), and Julie Crane (Paul). Grandchildren: Adrienne Cleckler (Christian), Coral Anne Walsh, Stefani Walsh, Luke Crane, and Sophie Crane. Joyce was a dedicated and loved church member at Grace Temple Church in Springville, Alabama. To those who had the pleasure of knowing her, she had a contagious smile that could light up a room. She was a loyal and loving wife, mother and friend to so many others. Psalm 91:4 A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at 2:00pm at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in Trussville, Alabama with visitation from 1:30pm to 2:00pm. Interment will immediately follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.
