Josie George

Josie Irene George, age 92 of Birmingham, AL passed away on April 9, 2012. She was a member of Grants Mill Primitive Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Thomas Jefferson George and her infant son, Jimmy Wayne George. She is survived by her sons, Jackie V. George (Shirley) and Gerald T. George (Ruby); sisters, Gracie Davis and Barbara Grimsley; grandchildren, Denny George, Jeffrey George, and Kristi Bratton (Steven); great grandchildren, Jacob, James, and Jonah. Services will be on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at 12:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Elder Phillip Dukes will be officiating over the services. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
