Josephine Renda

Josephine Marie Montalto Renda, age 94 of Trussville passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2009. Mrs. Renda was a member of Holy Infant of Prague Catholic Church and a former member of the Ladies Sodality at the church. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 29 beginning 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home with Rosary at 7:00 PM. Services will be held on Monday, March 30 at 10:00 AM at Holy Infant of Prague Catholic Church with Father Bill Lucas officiating and burial to follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Phillip Renda, Sr. Survivors include her son, Phillip Renda, Jr. of Trussville; sisters, Geneva Bryant and Susie Segal both of Birmingham; grandchildren, Roman (Alicia), Ashleigh, Clint and Stan; great grandchildren, Katlyn, Caitlin, Caleb, Autumn, and KC and numerous other family members and loving friends.
