CATO, JOSEPH

age 76, of Remlap, AL passed away peacefully on April 6, 2013. Joe was employed by Associated Grocers as a truck driver for 30 years. Joe loved many things about life; God, church, family, fishing and helping others are just a handful of things he was most passionate about. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Dana Cole. He is survived by his loving wife, Nellie; children: Debbie Simpson (Steve), Scott Cato (Carol), Deanna Lucky (Ray), Dawn Dibble (Steven); grandchildren, Steven Simpson (Vanessa), Blake Simpson, Dalton and Brooke Cato, Michael and Joseph Cato, Austin and Brooke Dibble; great grandson, Cody Simpson; sisters, Maebelle Smith, Edna Patterson, Lorene McCreless (J. B.) and Patricia Wheeler (Alton). Funeral service for Joe will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services. Burial immediately following at Sunrise Memory Gardens in Pinson, AL. Brother Ronald Foshee will be officiating. Jefferson Memorial in Trussville directing.
