Jon Allen Boyer passed peacefully in his loving parent's arms on February 11, 2015 at Children's Hospital, Birmingham, Alabama. He was born on January 7, 2015. Jon Allen is the son of Jonathan Allen Boyer and Blair Norris Boyer, of Trussville, Alabama. He is survived by his twin brother, Hudson Allen Boyer, his maternal grandparents, Tim and Beverly Norris of Hoover and his paternal grandparents, Ralph and Bobbie Boyer of Clay, Alabama. Survivors also include many aunts, uncles, cousins and special loved ones. Visitation will be held at Jefferson Memorial in Trussville on Friday, February 13, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at St. Symeon Orthodox church in Birmingham on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at 10 a.m. A burial service at Forest Crest Cemetery in Irondale, Alabama will be held immediately following the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to be made to Children's Hospital NICU, Birmingham, Alabama in the name of Jon Allen Boyer.
