Johnathon Wood

Johnathon William Wood, age 29, of Birmingham, passed away on October 6, 2017. He was a graduate of Ashville High School, where he was a member of the marching band. He was a loving and caring father and husband. He was preceded in death by his mother, Teresa Bishop Wood. He is survived by his wife, Brandy Wood; his children, Zack, Alaska, and Brandon Wood and step-daughter, Destinee Hansard; his brother Mykel Wood; his grandparents, Bill and Linda Bishop; his in-laws, Edward and Laurie Franks; and numerous other family members. A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 12 from 5-7pm at Jefferson Memorial in Trussville. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 13, at 2pm in the Chapel at Jefferson Memorial, with burial to follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
