John Sewell

John H. Sewell, age 89, of Birmingham, passed away June 26, 2010. He was a member of Huffman Baptist Church, the Logahatchee Masonic Lodge #97, Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen #590, and a World War II veteran. He was preceded in death by his grandson Derek Michael Sewell. Services will be Wednesday June 30, at 12pm in the Chapel with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. He is survived by his wife Icy Sewell, sons Michael J. (Linda) Sewell, James Phillip (Emily) Sewell, grandchildren Michelle Acton, Monica Cook, Shelley Cofield and Sarah Chapman, 7 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
