John Hapgood

John Charles Hapgood, 60, of Trussville, passed away Wednesday, November 13, 2013. In High School he lettered in all sports, receiving a baseball scholarship. But his passion and love was playing golf. He was a member of Clearbranch United Methodist Church. He retired several years ago from ISO, INC. He is survived by his devoted wife JoAnn and loving son, Alex, a brother in law, Ken Buckland, two nephews, Drew and Geoffey Buckland, and niece Anna Buckland, and many other family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents John Hugh Hapgood and Carmen Buttler Hapgood. Chapel services will be held on Saturday Nov 16, at 2pm with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Pastor Vaughn Stafford will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
