John George

John Stephen George, age 35, of Kimberly, passed away May 12, 2012. John was a special son born to Homer Sam George and Lisa George Pharris who was given only 6 years to live but the Lord blessed him to be with his family for 35 loving years. He was preceded in death by his mother Lisa Jo Pharris. Services will be on Wednesday, May 16, at 12pm in the Chapel with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Father Andy Kennedy will officiate. Visitation will be from 5pm until 8pm Tuesday. He is survived by his father Homer Sam George (Lanette), stepfather William Pharris Jr., brother Samuel Whitman George (Rhonda), sisters Gloria Nicole Howard (Matthew), Judy Michelle Vines (Curtis), stepsisters Yolanda Square, Brandy Reid (Timmy), Michelle Reid (David), friends Bonnie and Walter Jarrell, aunt Gloria Jean Helm, uncle John Whitman Cole, caregiver/cousin Cherie A.
