John Braithwaite

John T. Braithwaite Sr., age 85, of Birmingham, passed away February 25, 2015. He attended Freewill Baptist Church, retired from the US Air Force and Norfolk Southern Railroad. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, Feb 28 at 3pm with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be from 2pm until 3pm Saturday. He is survived by his wife Wilma Braithwaite, children Shirley Davis (Bob), John T. Braithwaite, Jr (Laura), Bonnie Tevebaugh (Tony), Roy Milam (Connie), several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will be dearly missed but will forever be in our hearts.
