Jo Love

Jo Ann Chatham Love (2/25/34 - 12/11/17), age 83 of Pelham, Alabama, went to be with the Lord after a prolonged battle with cancer. Memaw was one of the strongest people we all knew, with a tremendously loving and kind spirit for all she loved and held dear to her heart. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Emma St. John Chatham and Thomas Fayette Chatham of Pinson, Alabama. She was devoted to her husband of 43 years William Love (Pepaw), her children Sharon Handley (Keith), Susan Young (Danny), Sandra Weatherly, Douglas Weatherly (Melissa), Bobby Love (Suzanne), Christina Love Darconte; her grandchildren, Shay Handley, Austin Handley, Shane Young (Brittney), Griffin Young, Joie Harman, Robert Darconte (Alyson), Jonathan Darconte (Kristie); great-grandchildren, Lilly and Paisley Young, Danny and Ethan Harman, Vesper Darconte,

Casey and Haley Clark. She was a long-time member of Pinson United Methodist Church, where she enjoyed serving as choir member alongside her Mother for many years. Visitation will be on Friday, December 15, 2017 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 3 PM at Marvin's Chapel in Pinson, AL.
