Sue Johnsey

Mrs. Johnsey, 84, went to be with the Lord on April 30, 2014. She was a graduate of Phillips High School and worked for South Central Bell. She was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church in Birmingham. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl R. Johnsey Jr. and daughter, Ann Johnsey Caldwell. She is survived by her sons, Jay (Janice) Johnsey and David (Trena) Johnsey, her nine grandchildren: Sean Freeman, Kelley and Tara Rosborough, Amy Johnsey Barlow, Luke Johnsey, Stephanie, Megan, Natalie and Alexa Johnsey, and her great-grandchildren: Elane Sue, Jude and Zane Barlow, and Bladen Payne. Mrs. Johnsey was a gifted artist and a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. We are forever grateful for the care she received from her loving and devoted caregivers.
