Jewell Watkins

Jewell Ann Fowler Watkins, age 75 of Glencoe, AL passed away on August 12, 2013. She was a member of Meadowbrook Baptist Church. She hosted a bible study in her home with her husband. She was a member of Silver Lakes Golf Community, where she loved to golf. She loved to play Bunko with the Ladies of the Lake. She is survived by her husband, John H. Watkins, Sr.; children, John H. Watkins, Jr. "Rusty", Joel H. Watkins, Joni Watkins; Dana Cochran (Ronny), Jeri Haefner (Scott), and Aimee Shiflett (Scott); 11 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; cousin, Ginger Busby. Services will be on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at 12:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Patrick White will be officiating over the services. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
