Jerry Brown

BROWN, JERRY D. Age 70, of Southside, died November 10, 2012. He was retired from self employment with Specialty Installations. He served his country for 25 years in the Army Reserves. He was a member of Hampden Sidney Lodge Number 67 of the Masonic Order of Millbrook for 50 years and a lifetime member of the American Legion 171. Services will be held Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Trussville, at 10:00 AM. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Burial will follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East with military honors at the graveside service. Barry Wood will be officiating. Pallbearers will be sons and grandsons of Mr. Brown. Survivors: wife, Patricia Brown; daughters, Denise Allinder (Terry), Lisa Montgolf, and Jan Bennett; sons, Mike Crowder, John Crowder (Tara), Scott Crowder (Donna), and Lynn Acton (Dava); sisters, Ruth Myers, Sally Myers, and Sue Willingham; grandsons, Jeremy Allinder, Jeremy Crowder, Jeffery Crowder, Joseph Crowder, Michael Long , and Chad Bennett; granddaughters, Mindie Montgolf, Breelyn Montgolf, Sydney Long, Holly Ryan, Christy Crowder, Shanna Bunn, Jessica James, Janey Ann Acton, Katelyn Acton, and Dawn Bennett; 12 great grandchildren with one great great granddaughter on the way, Cadence Marie.
