Jean Baldus

Jean L. Baldus, age 86 of Birmingham, AL passed away on April 9, 2013. She attended Clearbranch Methodist Church. She loved to bowl, play golf, and play Bridge. She took frequent cruises. She loved her condo in Daytona Beach, FL. She loved her family, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She loved to fly with her husband and the Brakes in their plane. She was a link instructor through California Eastern for the U.S. Air Force. She is preceded in death by her husband, Donald C. Baldus and her son, Donald Craig Baldus. She is survived by her daughter, Sue McKinley; brother, Chuck Gumbert; grandchildren, Chris Baldus, Toni Baldus Como, Melanie Casey, Brian Moody, and Angela Rainwater and 9 great grandchildren and her beloved companion, Mocha. Services will be on Friday, April 12, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Chaplain David Farry will be officiating over the services. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
