Jane Denney

Jane Brock Denney, age 77, of Birmingham, passed away April 15, 2013. She was born in Fayette County Al on August 6, 1935 and was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd Denney. Mrs. Denney was a member of Trussville First Baptist Church, the Encouragers Sunday School class and the Diamond Debs. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, April 17, at 6pm with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be from 5pm until 6pm Wednesday. She is survived by her daughter Meloney Thompson, step daughter Kelly Denney, granddaughter Allyson Jane Thompson. She also leaves behind 2 sisters Mattie Johnston of Fayette, and Evelyn Roane of Beauford SC, brother Horace Brock of Fayette, AL. The family would like to thank "The man who hung the moon", Dr. James H. Frey and his staff, and Jay in the CVICU at St. Vincent's East.
