James Wright

James Donald Wright, 67, of Birmingham, Alabama passed away on Friday, December 6, 2013 after a long battle with Inclusion Body Myositis. He is preceded in death by his father, James H. Wright, mother, Tillie Ann Smith, brother, Robert Wright, and grandson, Jonathan Bradley Wright. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Wright of Birmingham, Alabama, children, Donna and Brad Wright of Dallas, Randy and Beth Wright of Houston, and grandchildren, Paul, Mary Beth, Joseph, Landon, and Grace, step-mother Mary Wright, sister, Joyce Rayburn, and brothers, Terry Price and Glen Price. He was a faithful member of the Church of Christ and served as an elder at Cahaba Heights for many years. He was the owner of Wright's Jewelers in Inverness. Chapel services will be held at Jefferson Memorial on Thursday, December 12, 2013 at 2 pm. Visitation will start at 1 pm. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
