James Franklin

James Ira Franklin, age 86 of Pinson, AL passed away on December 29, 2012. He was a veteran of WW II while serving in the U.S. Army in Germany. He is survived by his wife, Minnie Helen Franklin; daughter, Pam Slay (Travis); son, Dale Franklin (Leslie); grandchildren, Amanda Prisoc; Jordan and Shelby Franklin. Services will be on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at 12:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Rev. David Awtery will be officiating over the services. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
