Jackie Sharp

Jackie "Jack" Wayne Sharp of Birmingham, AL was born October 19, 1941 and went to be with the Lord on March 25, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack Earl and Hazel V. Sharp, and brother George Earl Sharp. Jack is survived by Dorothy, daughters Christy and Catherine Sharp, granddaughter Emmy Leigh Sharp, and man's best friend, his dog "Allie." Jack was a member of First Baptist Church, Center Point. He was in the car business at Roebuck Mazda for many years and retired from security at Jefferson State Community College. He was a member of Grayson Valley and Trussville Country Clubs where he was loved by all. Jack was an avid golfer and achieved "5 hole- in- ones" in his lifetime. The celebration of life for Jack Sharp will be on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Family will welcome friends at 11 am for visitation, memorial celebration service at 12, with graveside following at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.
