Isabel Siddle

Isabel Cameron Robertson Siddle passed away peacefully on December 5, 2017. She is preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Kenneth R. Siddle; her sons, Derek and David, and her granddaughter, Ashley Wilder. She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Elkins (Tim); her son, Glenn Siddle (Lucy); granddaughters, Michelle McDaniel, Stephanie Siddle, Melissa Siddle, Melanie Siddle, Carlie Elkins and Candice Elkins. Isabel is fondly remembered by many friends as a friendly vivacious person, active in many organizations. She and her husband Ken emigrated to Canada, then to the USA from Scotland in 1951. Isabel was proud to be part of clan Cameron and clan Robertson, keeping her charming Scottish accent her entire life. She treasured her entire family still in Scotland: cousins, Isa Packham and Gail and Alistair Clark. "Isabel will be missed." Ken and Isabel were faithfully active members of Roebuck Park Baptist Church (Northpark Baptist Church) for over 40 years. The family will receive friends at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in Trussville on Friday, December 8th from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. the service will follow the visitation at 2:00 p.m. at Jefferson Memorial's Chapel with committal service immediately following. Pastor Stephen Hall from Northpark Baptist Church is presiding over the service.
