Irene Morgan

On April 4, 2013, Our Heavenly Father welcomed home one of his angels, Irene Boone Morgan (86). Awaiting her homecoming with open arms are her parents George and Elizabeth (Payne) Boone and her sisters Jonne Reese (Don), Margaret Randles (Tony), and Mary Simpson (Charlie). Irene was a devoted member of the St John's Episcopal Church for the Deaf. She touched the lives of every person she met. Irene will be truly missed by her loving husband, Henry O. Morgan Jr.; children Henry Morgan (Jeanette), Danny Morgan (Jo Ann), and Roberta Hoffman (Pete); her sister Betty Brannum (David); seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

In celebration of Irene's life visitation will be held on Saturday April 6, 2013 at 10 a.m. with the funeral following at 11 a.m. at St. John's Episcopal Church for the Deaf. Graveside will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens Trussville. Rev. Marianne D. Stuart will be officiating.
