Imogene Hope

February 23, 1927--April 1, 2018. Mrs. Hope was born in Sylacauga, AL, and graduated from Weogufka High School. She was a long time resident of Tarrant, AL, where she was an active member of Boyles Baptist Church and very involved in the community. She was a buyer for New Ideal for many years and was part owner of D & Me in Tarrant.
She was preceded in death by her husband Oliver Hope; Father, Carlton "Cot" Howell; Mother, Romie Bulger Howell; Brothers, Robert Howell and Thurman Howell; Daughter, Dorothy Hope Sims; Son-in-law, Kenny Sims, and Grandson, Todd Hope.
She is survived by her son Carl Hope (Denise); Grandchildren, Jim Sims (Lisa), Kim Cooper (Darron), Wendy Hope, Jason Hayes, Jennifer Livingston, Melissa Hayes, LeighAnn Hope; Great Grandchildren, Taylor, Maggie, MyChale, Roman, Lane, Lily, Chase, Jackson, Brooks, Jace, Alyssa, Cash and J.T. along with many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Visitation will be on Thursday, April 5, 2018 from 5 to 7 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Services will follow at 7 PM in the chapel. Graveside services will be on Friday at 1 PM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.
