Howard Martin

Howard R. Martin, 89 of Trussville passed away on October 9, 2010. Mr. Martin was a loving, devoted husband, father and brother who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. He proudly served our country with the US Army Air Corps during World War II and retired from Trussville US Post Office in Trussville after 40 years of service. He was a lifelong member of Trussville First Baptist Church. Survivors include his loving wife of 44 years, Martha Ann Martin; one son, Carl Gamble Martin of Trussville and one sister, Lillian Martin McKinney (Marcel) of Grand Prairie, TX. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 13 beginning at 11:00 AM with Chapel services beginning at 12:00 PM and burial to follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.
