Herbert Lord

Herbert Lord of Trussville, AL went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 23, 2020. He served in the Air Force for 4 years and retired from Good Year as an Auditor. He was a member of Clearview Baptist Church where he was a greeter and coffee maker. Herbert was a good and kind man. His favorite hobby was anything to do with airplanes. He is preceded in death by his parents Marvin Dennis and Daisy Dominick, his brother Ed, and his sister Carolyn. Herbert is survived by his loving wife of 35 years Rita, his daughter Karen Williams, his son Herbert “Alan” Lord, his grandchildren Brandon Edward Williams (Katie), Dustin Andrew Williams (Brittany), great-grandchildren Reece Edward, Mallory Katherine, and Eleanor Monroe. His services will be at Jefferson Memorial Gardens in Trussville, AL Monday, September 28, 2020. Visitation is 1-2 PM with a service to follow in the chapel, and burial following at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
