Helen Underwood

Helen Davis Underwood, age 90 of Birmingham, AL passed away on November 29, 2014. She was a member of Pinson Church of Christ. She is preceded in death by her parents, John A. Davis and Ida B. Davis, her brothers and sister, her husband, Harry E. Underwood, and her daughters, Brenda B. Swartz and Donna U. Parker. She is survived by her daughter, Harriett Bailey; grandchildren, John Parker (Angie), Michel Manning (Kevin), Joshua Trawick (Mona), Laurie Baker (Jamie), Jonathan Bailey (Erin), and Patrick Bailey (Meredith); great grandchildren, Christopher Parker, Emma Manning, Bailey Hurst, Savanna Trawick, Chad Parker, Britten Hurst, and Maren Manning; special niece, Melanie Lanier; sons-in-law, Ed Swartz and Larry Parker. Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 from 12 to 1:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Graveside services to follow at 1:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Brother Ken Chapman will be officiating over the services. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
