Harold Sims

Harold R. Sims, age 89, of Trussville, AL passed away on May 11, 2018. Harold was a U.S. army veteran and served as a Mason for over 50 years. He retired from International Harvester after 21 years of service. Harold was an avid Euchre player. His funeral will be held on Monday, May 14th at 2PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in Trussville. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Harold was preceded in death by his wife, Christine Sims and infant son, Harold R. Sims, Jr. He is survived by his three children, Brenda Taylor (Ed), Ray Sims (Janie) and Randy Sims (Cherie); six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Harold also leaves behind his long-time companion and friend, Mary Ratliff.
