Glenn Murphree

Glenn Murphree, age 65 of Birmingham, AL passed away on October 28, 2008. He attended Huffman United Methodist Church. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1963-1967. He attended Jeff State Community College where he earned an Associate Degree in Business. He worked as a Industrial Salesman for over 25 years, but at last employment was a truck driver. He is preceded in death by his father, Conrad Murphree. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Joyce Murphree; daughters, Jennifer Tittle (Jeremy) and Joanna Cotton (Jon); sons, John Murphree (Shannon), Jeff Murphree, Randy Kemp (Dianne), and Michael Kemp; mother, Margie S. Murphree; brother, Myron Murphree (Sharon); grandchildren, Ashlynn, Luke, and Avery Tittle, Mason and Allison Cotton, Andrew and Katherine Murphree, Bobby, Brian, and Tiffany Kemp, Brandi and Aaron Kemp; a niece. Graveside service will be Thursday, October 30, 2008 at 1:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be an hour prior to services at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home.
